O-Jester is an information and analysis service that publishes football (soccer) prediction tips based on real-world fixtures. O-Jester is not a bookmaker, betting operator, casino, gaming establishment, broker or financial adviser.

O-Jester does not accept bets or wagers, does not collect stakes, does not hold funds intended for gambling and does not pay out any winnings. O-Jester is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any bookmaker, league, competition or club. Team and competition names are used for identification purposes only.

Subscription fees are paid solely for access to editorial content (predictions, statistics and analysis). They are not stakes and never entitle the subscriber to any winnings.

All predictions, probabilities, confidence scores, combinations and analyses are estimates produced by statistical models and artificial intelligence (including Claude, a model developed by Anthropic). They are opinions about uncertain future events, not statements of fact.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. It may misinterpret information, rely on incomplete, outdated or incorrect sources, or produce errors. Match data and odds are supplied by third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

No result is ever guaranteed. Past performance, including our published track record, is not an indication of future results. Nothing on O-Jester constitutes financial, investment or professional advice. You must not rely on our content as the sole basis for any decision.

If you choose to bet, you do so at your own risk and only with money you can afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive.

• Never chase losses and never borrow money to bet.
• Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and stick to them.
• Long combinations pay more because they lose more often — the probability we show for each combination is an honest estimate.
• Take regular breaks. Gambling must never interfere with your work, family, studies or finances.
• If gambling stops being fun, stop. Use the self-exclusion and limit tools of your betting platform and seek help from a qualified support service or health professional.

Laws on sports betting differ from one country to another. It is your sole responsibility to check that betting is legal where you live, that you meet the legal age and other conditions, and to use only operators that are licensed in your jurisdiction.

Any bet you place is a contract exclusively between you and the operator concerned. O-Jester is not a party to it and has no control over it.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, O-Jester, its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage — including any loss of money resulting from betting — arising from the use of, or reliance on, the content of the service, or from any error, omission, delay or interruption.

Subscriptions are one-off payments granting 30 days of access to the features of the chosen plan. They do not renew automatically. Upgrades take effect immediately and the unused value of the previous plan is converted pro rata into additional days; renewals and downgrades start when the current period ends.

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a billing error. Accounts are personal: sharing an account or redistributing our content commercially is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, date of birth (to verify that you are an adult) and your subscription and payment history. Card and Mobile Money details are processed by our payment providers (Flutterwave, PayPal) and never stored on our servers.

We use a single secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and store your language and age-confirmation choices on your device. We do not sell your personal data. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the publisher.
